One of the things that makes my Time System different is that it starts with the inner and works toward the outer. The values and strengths you have that help you use time well start from inside your heart and spirit and then move out, manifested as discipline and skills.
Your stress is what drains your energy and keeps you from enjoying your time to its fullest. When your stress is in charge, you rush through moments, make mistakes, and ultimately lose time as you have to backtrack, re-do things, and sometimes apologize for a short temper or frustrated tone.
The time challenges that a crisis presents are complex. But the good news is that a friend or family member's crisis, while very difficult, doesn't need to throw you totally off balance.
